Telephone Helpline (18+)

Providing information and emotional support for anyone aged 18+ who has had an unwanted sexual experience. The helplines also provide support and information to friends, partners, family and professionals.

The helpline team can offer support in relation to the difficult feelings commonly associated with sexual abuse, whether recent or historical. The team can also provide information about other relevant services if required.

Lines are open:

Monday 1pm – 3pm, Wednesday and Friday 7pm – 10pm
